E2J Fine Jewellery
Last updated: 29 October 2026

Welcome to E2J Fine Jewellery.

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through our website, www.e2jewelry.com. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

E2J offers individually designed jewellery, including one-of-a-kind pieces, limited-production designs and creations incorporating antique, vintage or unconventional materials.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About E2J

E2J is a London-based fine jewellery brand, a part of the LENAGINARIUM universe run by Lena Esaulova.

The legal seller responsible for purchases made through this website is:
Elena Esaulova, sole-trader, trading as LENAGINARIUM.
Business address: 33 Palace Gardens Terrace, London, UK, W8 4SB
Email: lenaginarium@gmail.com
Website: www.e2jewelry.com

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made by consumers for personal use. Please contact us separately for trade enquiries or other commercial arrangements.

2. Our Jewellery

E2J jewellery is created with particular attention to craftsmanship, artistic expression and the character of its materials.

Many pieces are individually made and may incorporate antique or vintage elements, natural gemstones, pearls, decorative inlays, unusual alloys, specialist finishes or intricate mechanical constructions.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and prices are accurate. However, because many pieces are handcrafted or incorporate natural and historical materials, individual characteristics may vary. Natural inclusions, variations in colour and texture, historical patina and other characteristics specifically identified in a product description may form part of the intended character of a piece.

Photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible, although colours may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting conditions. Any material characteristics, known limitations or relevant condition issues will be described before purchase.
If you require further information about an item, please contact us before ordering.

3. One-of-a-Kind Jewellery and Availability

Many E2J pieces are unique and available in a quantity of one.

An item displayed on our website is not reserved merely by being added to a shopping basket.

Some previously sold pieces may remain visible in our catalogue as examples of our work. Such items will be identified as sold and are not available for immediate purchase unless otherwise expressly stated.

We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate. However, a piece may occasionally become unavailable because of a simultaneous sale, an inventory discrepancy or another exceptional circumstance.

If an item becomes unavailable before an order is accepted, we will notify you promptly and refund any payment already collected.
If an availability problem is discovered after an order has been accepted, we will contact you without undue delay to agree an appropriate resolution, including a full refund where applicable, without affecting your statutory rights.
We will not substitute another piece without your agreement.

4. Placing an Order and Contract Formation

To purchase jewellery through our website:
-
Select the jewellery you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping basket.
-
Review the selected items, quantities, sizes and any relevant options.
-
Proceed to checkout and provide the requested billing, contact and delivery information.
-
Review the order details, delivery arrangements and total price.
-
Select an available payment method and submit your order.
You will have an opportunity to review and correct the information entered before submitting your order.

The language available for online checkout and conclusion of the contract is English.

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation email acknowledging and confirming your purchase.

The contract of sale is formed when we send this Order Confirmation email, following the successful submission and acceptance of your order through our checkout process.

The Order Confirmation will include the order reference and relevant purchase details.

We will prepare and dispatch your jewellery once the required payment has been successfully received or confirmed.

If a payment cannot be authorised or remains outstanding, we may contact you to resolve the issue before dispatch.

If an exceptional stock discrepancy, pricing error or other material problem is discovered before or after confirmation, we will contact you promptly and handle the matter in accordance with your contractual and statutory rights.

We will not make substitutions or impose additional charges without your agreement.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices on our website are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

The price payable is the price presented at checkout when you submit your order, subject to the correction of any obvious error before the contract is accepted.

Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Any mandatory charges will be disclosed before you place your order.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Available payment methods may include credit and debit cards, digital wallets and PayPal, depending on the payment services enabled at checkout.

Payments are processed through the payment providers identified during checkout. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to the payment services they provide.

We do not ordinarily receive or store complete payment card details.

If payment cannot be authorised or another material issue prevents completion of the transaction, we will contact you where appropriate.
You will not be charged for optional extras without your express consent.

6. Delivery Within the United Kingdom

Online checkout is currently available for delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.

Complimentary standard UK delivery is offered on eligible website orders.

Orders are prepared and dispatched with appropriate care, taking into account the value, materials and construction of the jewellery.

Available delivery arrangements and estimated delivery times will be communicated before purchase.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is formed, in accordance with Section 28 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We will provide dispatch and tracking information where available.

If delivery is delayed or becomes impossible, we will contact you and deal with the situation in accordance with your statutory rights.

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and that a suitable person is available to receive the parcel where necessary.

Under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods generally remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you have identified to receive them, subject to the statutory exceptions.

Ownership of the jewellery passes to you once we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered.

For further information, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery information.

7. International Orders

Automated online checkout is currently available for UK deliveries only.

Customers outside the United Kingdom are welcome to contact us through our International Delivery Enquiry page.

International requests are considered individually, taking into account the destination, value and nature of the selected jewellery, available delivery arrangements and appropriate insurance.

Submitting an International Delivery Enquiry does not constitute an order, create a contract of sale or reserve the selected jewellery.

Where we agree to proceed with an international sale, we will confirm the price, delivery charges, payment arrangements, anticipated delivery period and any relevant import or customs responsibilities before the purchase is concluded.

Any additional terms for an international transaction will be agreed in writing, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

8. Bespoke and Personalised Orders

We may accept individual commissions, personalised orders or requests for alterations to existing designs.

The design, specifications, materials, price, payment schedule and anticipated completion date for bespoke work will be agreed separately.

A bespoke order will be considered accepted once the relevant terms have been confirmed by both parties.

Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right to cancel without giving a reason.

Where this exception applies, we will explain it before the contract is concluded.

The fact that a piece is handmade, unique or produced after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove statutory cancellation rights.

Nothing in this section affects your legal rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet statutory requirements.

9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your E2J purchase.

For eligible goods purchased online, consumers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Following notification of cancellation within the statutory period, the goods must generally be sent back within a further 14 days.

You may carefully examine and try on jewellery to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

If its value has been reduced because of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that examination, we may make a lawful deduction reflecting the actual reduction in value, where permitted by Regulation 34(9) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The direct cost of returning goods following a change of mind is normally your responsibility, where this has been communicated before purchase.

Refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory deadlines, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

A model cancellation form and full details of the procedure are provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

10. Faulty or Damaged Goods

All jewellery is inspected and prepared with care before dispatch.

If an item arrives damaged, appears faulty or does not correspond with its description, please contact us at lenaginarium@gmail.com.

We may ask for relevant photographs and information to help us assess and resolve the issue, but this does not limit your legal rights.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must meet the applicable requirements of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with description.

Where these requirements are not met, consumers may be entitled to remedies including rejection, repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Accidental damage, misuse and ordinary wear occurring after delivery do not automatically constitute a defect in the goods as supplied.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

11. Jewellery Care and Individual Characteristics

Fine jewellery requires appropriate handling, storage and maintenance.

E2J pieces may include materials and mechanisms that require particular care, especially antique components, natural gemstones, pearls, organic materials, surface treatments and articulated elements.

We recommend reading our Jewellery Care Instructions and following any additional advice supplied with your purchase.

Please avoid attempting unauthorised repairs or alterations to delicate, antique or individually constructed components.

Where we identify specific characteristics or existing signs of age or wear in an item's description before purchase, these form part of the information supplied about that piece.

This does not exclude responsibility for any failure to meet statutory quality requirements.

12. Repairs, Alterations and Aftercare

Where practicable, we may be able to provide or arrange professional assessment, repair, adjustment or restoration of E2J jewellery.

The feasibility and cost of such work depend on the materials, construction and condition of the piece.

Certain original antique or individually made components may not be replaceable with an identical equivalent.

Repairs or alterations requested outside statutory consumer remedies may be subject to a separate quotation and agreement.

Where a repair or other remedy is required by law because the goods do not conform to the contract, your statutory rights will apply.

13. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, illustrations, product designs, descriptions, graphics and other original content displayed on this website belong to E2J or their respective rights holders.

They may not be reproduced, commercially distributed or used without the permission of the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing an E2J item does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design, photography or related creative content.

14. Our Responsibility

We are responsible for losses and damage caused by a breach of these Terms & Conditions or our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill, to the extent required by law.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
-
Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
-
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
-
Breach of statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where you purchase jewellery as a consumer, we are not generally responsible for losses relating solely to business or commercial activity that were not part of the agreed consumer transaction, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts the rights and remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer protection legislation.

15. Personal Information

We process personal information in connection with enquiries, payments, orders and deliveries in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Our website uses third-party service providers for certain functions, including ecommerce, payments and communications.

Further information about the collection and processing of personal data is provided in that policy.

16. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about an order or the service you have received, please contact: lenaginarium@gmail.com

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, we will provide any information about alternative dispute resolution that applicable law requires.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising your legal rights or bringing a claim before a competent court.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable law.
The latest version will be available on this page, together with its revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an order already accepted without agreement or another lawful basis.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.

You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules.

19. Applicable Legislation

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared with reference to the following UK legislation, as amended and applicable:
