Shipping & Delivery

E2J Fine Jewellery
Last updated: 29 October 2026

Every E2J creation is carefully prepared for its journey to you. We understand that fine jewellery, particularly one-of-a-kind pieces, requires exceptional attention to packaging, handling and delivery.

Our priority is to ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely and in excellent condition.

Complimentary UK Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, regardless of the value of your purchase.
Each piece is individually inspected (with recording) and carefully packaged before dispatch.

We select a secure, tracked delivery service appropriate to the value, materials and individual characteristics of your jewellery. Certain deliveries may require a signature or other confirmation of receipt.

Order Preparation & Delivery Times

As many E2J pieces are unique and may contain delicate or antique components, every order is prepared individually.
Once your order and payment have been confirmed, we will carefully inspect (with recording), package and arrange the dispatch of your jewellery.

Estimated delivery times will be communicated before your purchase is completed.

If you require delivery by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, your order will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Secure Delivery & Tracking

Once your jewellery has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
For particularly valuable or delicate pieces, we may contact you to arrange suitable delivery details.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and that someone is available to receive your parcel where required.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel is delayed, lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at lenaginarium@gmail.com

If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend retaining it and photographing both the packaging and the jewellery.

Under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods generally remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you have identified to receive them, subject to the statutory exceptions. We will investigate any delivery issues and provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law.

International Delivery

We are delighted to welcome enquiries from customers worldwide.

At present, online checkout is available for delivery within the United Kingdom only. For destinations outside the UK, please use our International Delivery Enquiry page.

International delivery is arranged individually, depending on the destination, value, materials and specific requirements of the jewellery.

We will provide a personalised quotation covering suitable shipping arrangements, delivery costs and estimated timescales. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional charges will be explained as far as reasonably possible before the purchase is agreed.

Submitting an international enquiry does not constitute a completed purchase or reserve the selected jewellery.

Returns

If you wish to return your jewellery, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information about cancellation rights, return arrangements and refunds.

Given the value and individual nature of E2J pieces, we recommend contacting us before arranging a return so that we can advise on suitable packaging and secure transportation.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
